14 days to change your mind

Within 14 days of buying a plan, monthly or yearly, you may withdraw and get back the full amount paid, with no need to give a reason (twice the 7-day right of withdrawal in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and keep using the app until the end of the period already paid: until the end of the month on the monthly plan and until the end of the year on the yearly plan. After that the subscription ends and you are not charged again.

Amounts for periods already paid, whole or partial, are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

How to ask

Reply to Paddle's receipt email or go to paddle.net with the email used for the purchase. You can also write to thiago.pio2017@gmail.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our orders and refunds to the same payment method; how long it takes to show depends on your bank or card.
